How to clear your browser

Google Chrome
  1. Go to Menu ⋮
  2. Select 'Delete Browsing Data' (or select Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
  3. Time Range: All Time
  4. Select "Cookies and other site  data" and "Cached images and files" 
  5. Select "Delete Data" button
Apple Safari
  1. Choose Safari (in the menu bar) 
  2. Settings
  3. Click Privacy 
  4. Click Manage Website Data
  5. Select all websites, then click Remove or Remove All. (We recommend Remove all)
Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
  1. Go to Menu ⋯
  2. Settings
  3. Select "Privacy, search and services" from lefthand menu
  4. Select "Choose what to clear" from the Delete Browsing Data field
  5. Time Range: Everything 
  6. Select  "Download History", "Cookies and other site  data" and "Cached images and files" 
  7. Select "Clear Now" button
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Go to Menu ≡
  2. Preferences 
  3. Privacy and Security 
  4. Clear Data 
  5. Time Range: Everything 
  6. Select "Cookies and Site Data" and "Temporary Cached Files and Pages"
  7. Select "Clear" button

Note: Close and re-open the browser after this is completed. If using macOS, a full quit (Command+Q) and re-open are required.
