How to clear your browser
Google Chrome
- Go to Menu ⋮
- Select 'Delete Browsing Data' (or select Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
- Time Range: All Time
- Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Select "Delete Data" button
Apple Safari
- Choose Safari (in the menu bar)
- Settings
- Click Privacy
- Click Manage Website Data
- Select all websites, then click Remove or Remove All. (We recommend Remove all)
Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
- Go to Menu ⋯
- Settings
- Select "Privacy, seatch and services" from lefthand menu
- Select "Choose what to clear" from the Delete Browing Data field
- Time Range: Everything
- Select "Donwload History", "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Select "Clear Now" button
Mozilla Firefox
- Go to Menu ≡
- Preferences
- Privacy and Security
- Clear Data
- Time Range: Everything
- Select "Cookies and Site Data" and "Temporary Cached Files and Pages"
- Select "Clear" button
Note: Close and re-open the browser after this is completed. If using macOS, a full quit (Command+Q) and re-open are required.
