Support Hours

Winter Break (December 23, 2024 – January 1st, 2025):
The UNT Helpdesk will be closed for Winter Break. Standard hours resume January 2nd, 2025.

We will have limited coverage to monitor for system outages and to respond to tickets.

Standard Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.- 9 p.m. (CST)
Friday: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. (CST)
Saturday–Sunday: 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. (CST)
