The Helpdesk has been informed that HR will push the deadline for the Annual Acknowledgement back to after the winter break (December 23, 2024- January 1, 2025). Once the issue is fixed, a system-wide email will be sent to inform users. Any updates will also be posted here.
The Helpdesk has received many reports of the Annual Acknowledgment Title in EIS not
loading properly. We have reported this issue to our administrators, and they are
actively working on stabilizing the service. Please check back here for posted updates.
Beginning Feb 29, 2024, the UNT VPN access will require Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) in addition to your UNT account password. For more info on Duo MFA, visit our Duo MFA FAQ Page. Note: The DUO Mobile App is the default MFA method for VPN. See DUO Append Mode for alternate MFA methods.

The UNT Helpdesk will be closed for Winter Break. Standard hours resume January 2nd,
2025.
We will have limited coverage to monitor for system outages and to respond to tickets.
